Yin Yoga takes a slower and more meditative approach to Yoga, typically holding asana (postures) for 3 to 5 minutes. It targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones and even the joints of the body. * This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. Mats and props are available and included.
- Cancellations can be done up to 2 hours before the class starting time. - Cancellations done later than 2 hours before the class starting time are counted as an attendance.
