Ashtanga Yoga is a very traditional type of Yoga rooted in Vinyasa. It is a physically strong practice that promotes mental clarity and inner peace. While you do not have to have an advanced practice, this led class is more suitable for those who have practiced Ashtanga before. Mats are available and included in the price.
