4 day retreat with Gabriele Severini at Villa Antonina, Baia De Bahas, Sardinia. 

I have been lucky to practice with a few of the best in the world, including Gabriele Severini - a humble, good human being. He walks the walk and talks the talk; teaching through presence and example. 

Practicing with Gabriele sheds light on how the essence of real teaching can only be found in the being - the wider, more enriching experience that can only emerge through the doing.

Reminding me once more how thankful I am for my teachers and my teachers' teachers.
