18 days with people who speak the same language as me.. and I don't mean English. 

A reflection of 2 weeks at beautiful Villa Antonina with Laruga Glaser and David Fredrickson; exploring and experiencing the many facets of Ashtanga Yoga. Combining the practice with the healing energies of Sardinia, it was an eye opening two weeks of much needed change, self-insight and deep sleep. Grateful to be part of a retreat with many other returning practitioners who are now close friends.
